Site analysis and Conceptual Design
We have found that the best starting point in the design process is getting your goals and needs for the space. Next, we interpret your ideas to start forming the design. We also base the design on an in-depth site analysis which identifies drainage patterns, utilities, Sun/Shade, circulation patterns, etc. Once we have all of this information and an understanding of your budget, we create the concept design.
Schematic Design and Mark-ups
The next phase in the process once the concept has been accepted, is a scaled design with a rough budget breakdown. Often, issues and opportunities are discovered in this phase and are brought up for discussion. Story boards of materials and samples of products can be presented during this phase
Planting Plan and Construction Documents
Once all of the mark-ups and comments from the previous designs have been approved, construction documents are created. These documents can be used for HOA approval and the project can be built off of theses plans. A final installation price and construction schedule are based off of theses documents.
Installation of Project
Once the project is under contract, you will meet our team when they come to your home to begin the installation. Communicating details, expectations and scheduling upfront helps deliver a great final product.
